Media: Kalshi Has Started Early IPO Talks

Prediction platform Kalshi is in early talks with investment banks about a possible IPO, The Information writes. According to the publication's sources, the company is unlikely to go public before the end of 2027 or 2028.

According to the media, Kalshi's annualized run-rate revenue exceeded $2 billion — about three times more than in November. The growth is attributed to increased trading volumes in markets related to the NBA and the FIFA World Cup.
