IREN acquires Nostrum Group and enters the European market

Mining company IREN has completed the purchase of grid-connected AI data center developer Ingenostrum, S.L. (Nostrum Group). The deal brought the miner into the European market and added about 490 MW of secured capacity in Spain, as well as an additional project portfolio. The Nostrum team of more than 50 employees will move to IREN and continue working under the mining company's brand.
